He was a Vietnam War Veteran, serving our country for 26 years and was a Purple Heart recipient. He loved his family, the Marine Corps and this Country."
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Sandra J. Roberts; his son, James T. Roberts II and wife Carrie; two daughters, Deborah I. Marsh and husband Jeff and Laura A. Rodick; one brother, Patrick Roberts; one sister, Patricia Janora; 12 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Monday, September 7, 2020 from 6:00-8:00pm at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg with a service at 7:00pm with Pastor Dorian Little officiating. Interment with Military Honors will be held at 10:30am Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Quantico National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital
