Jane was born in Alexandria; a graduate of George Washington High School and Madison College. She lived most her years in Annandale.
A lover of home, hearth, family and friends she will be truly missed.
Mrs. Willoughby is survived by her daughter Deborah of Manassas and son Michael and granddaughter Stephanie of Fredericksburg.
To honor Jane's wishes there will be no memorial service or funeral ceremony. She will be buried with her late husband, Joe C. Willoughby, at Arlington National Cemetery.
