He was born on February 20, 1955 in Massachusetts, the son of the late John Peter and Marilyn (Grover) Logan. He was a retired Produce Manager for Giant Food.
Survivors include his daughter, Katelyn Logan; two brothers, Steve and Francis Logan; three sisters, Mary Carrig, Patricia Kemp, and Christine Merritt.
The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00pm Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
Burial service will be private at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, Maryland.
