Kenneth Robert Harvard

Kenneth Robert Harvard, Sr. age 67, of Fredericksburg, Virginia passed away Thursday, April 4, 2019 at his residence. He was born on September 27, 1951 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was a residential home builder and served in the US Marine Corps. He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Harvard. Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Susan Harvard of Fredericksburg, VA; one son, Kenneth “Rob” Harvard, Jr. and fiancé Kimberly Finley of Lusby, MD; one daughter, Amanda Spencer and husband Jason of Fredericksburg, VA; three grandchildren, Delila Spencer, Abigail Harvard, Austin Finley; his mother, Gertrude Charvat of Dundalk, MD; five sisters, Harriet Vecchioni, June Macneal, Carol Charvat, Kimberly Gluck, Tomi Jewel. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 12, 2019 from1:00-5:00pm at the Weatherly Waterfront in Newburg, MD
