She was born on July 12, 1937 in Braxton County, West Virginia the daughter of the late Charles C. and Francis (Ratcliff) Wyatt. She retired from the Rappahannock Sports Wear. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard L. Stevens, Sr.
Survivors include her daughters, Phyllis Jane Perry of Fredericksburg, VA, Francis Marie Lipton of Richmond, VA, Judy Gomez of Spotsylvania, VA; step-daughter, Cynthia Stevens of Florida; one sister, Wilma Truslow of Falmouth, VA; 10 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery
