She was born on August 24, 1940 in Washington DC, the daughter of the late Carroll S. and Florine (Lam) Smith.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Floyd Elbern Johnson and sister, Joyce Denbo
Survivors include two daughters, Michele A. Delgado (George) of Catharpin, VA, Melissa J. Lillard (Richie) of Flint Hill, VA; one son, Michael A. Spradlin (Julia) of Centreville, VA; one sister Vera Long of Bristow, VA; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Monday, January 5, 2026 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg with Rev. David Donahue officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at National Memorial Park at 3:00pm.
