Ricardo Dagoberto Romero Varela, nació el 15 de octubre de 1955, en Intipucá, El Salvador, hijo de Otilia y Gabriel. Desde joven se distinguió por su espíritu alegre y su carácter trabajador, valores que lo acompañaron a lo largo de toda su vida.

A lo largo de los años, Ricardo formó una hermosa familia junto a su esposa Noemí, con quien compartió su camino lleno de amor y fe. Fue un padre dedicado para sus hijos Carsten, Edwin, Erick, Johnny y Tanya, y un ejemplo constante de esfuerzo y cariño. Su amor se multiplicó en el corazón de sus 14 nietos y un bisnieto, quienes fueron una de sus mayores bendiciones.

Ricardo fue un hombre feliz y divertido, de esos que llenan los espacios con su presencia. Su fe en Dios fue su guía, y su alegría, un regalo para todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo.

Amante de la música, Ricardo encontraba en ella una manera de expresar su alma. Tocaba con pasión la guitarra y el piano, instrumentos que lo acompañaron en incontables momentos de felicidad y unión familiar.

Las visitas se llevarán a cabo en Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, ubicado en 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia, el 14 de noviembre de 2025, de 5:00 pm a 9:00 pm, y el 15 de noviembre de 2025, a partir de las 10:00 am. El servicio fúnebre se realizará en el mismo lugar el 15 de noviembre de 2025 a las 11:00 am.

Ricardo Dagoberto Romero Varela was born on October 15, 1955, in Intipucá, El Salvador, to Otilia and Gabriel. From a young age, he was known for his cheerful spirit and hard work, values ​​that guided him throughout his life.

Over the years, Ricardo built a beautiful family with his wife, Noemí, with whom he shared a life filled with love and faith. He was a devoted father to his children, Carsten, Edwin, Erick, Johnny, and Tanya, and a constant example of hard work and affection. His love multiplied in the hearts of his 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, who were among his greatest blessings.

Ricardo was a happy and fun-loving man, the kind who filled any room with his presence. His faith in God was his guide, and his joy, a gift to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Noemi Romero; his children, Carsten Romero, Edwin Romero, Erick Romero, Jhonny Romero, and Tanya Romero; 14 grandchildren, Karsten, Alexandra, David, Zakina (Romero Garcia), Oscar, Edward, Darwin (Romero Padilla), Nataly, Erick Jr., Kevin (Romero Ayala), Jahida Romero Villegas, Abygail, Allison, and Adriana (Argueta Romero); and 1 great-grandson, Mateo Arévalo Romero.

Visitation will be held at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, located at 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia, on November 14, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on November 15, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The funeral service will be held at the same location on November 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
