He was the beloved son of the late Caroline M. Brinkman, and the beloved grandson of Niland and Marion Ritter, both deceased.
Robert was born in Scranton, PA, on January 26, 1976. He lived most of his life in Virginia: Alexandria, Woodbridge, and Fredericksburg, and attended W.T. Woodson High School, Class of 1995. Robert loved science fiction and his hobbies included video games and Star Wars collectibles.
He is survived by several family members, including two uncles: David Ritter (Dorothy), Huntsville, AL, and Bruce Ritter (Kathy), Woodbridge, VA, and his second cousin Greg Mickle, Fredericksburg, VA.
