

He was a graduate from Osbourn Park High School, Class of 1955, a hard-working father of three and enjoyed attending his Class Reunions, along with going to the Country Music Fan Festivals for 33 years.
He worked for over 30 years at Jack Klawans Chevrolet as their Parts Manager. He retired in 1998 and then started his hand-crafted woodworkings to occupy his time but eventually decided to go back to work in 2009 at the Manheim Auto Auction where he worked up until the pandemic and was furloughed in 2020 and was retired once again.
He is preceded in death by his late wife Rose Marie Miller.
His survivors include his three children, (Lee) Robert Miller Jr. (Laurie) of Locust Grove, Va; Kenneth Miller (Ann Foster) of Washington, Va; and Michele O’Quinn (Mark) of Stafford, VA and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and those who called him “Bobby”, Uncle Bobby, Dad & Pops.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 1:00pm at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg, VA. The family will receive friends from 12-1pm prior to the service. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to invite you to also join them Dutch style at the nearby Golden Corral on Rt 1 in Fredericksburg, VA following the burial service.
