Rosalie Cecilia Phillips, 84, of Spotsylvania, Virginia passed away at Berea Health and Rehab Center on Friday, March 8, 2024.
She is survived by her loving children, Catherine Schultz and Paul Schultz; and a brother, Douglas Laszczak; her grandchildren, Sandra Minor, David Lindsay Jr., and Rosemary Hersheberger.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Phillips; her parents, Wallace and Helen Laszczaks; her sons, David Lindsay and Eddie Schultz.
