She was the devoted wife of 54 years to her loving husband, Jack, and a cherished mother to Jack (Mayerling) and Karyn (Phillip). Rosemary’s greatest joy was her family, and she treasured her role as Grammy to Madison, Jackie, Noah (Laura), Jessica, Lyrin, Joshua, and Samantha, and great-grandmother to Henleigh Rose.
She is also survived by her sister Peg and her brother, John.
She is preceded in death by her son, Jason, her parents Margaret and Joseph, and her brothers Joey, Stevie, Ric and Larry.
Rosemary’s life was marked by faith, love, and dedication to those she held dear. She will be remembered for her fierce spirit, unwavering devotion to her family, and the countless ways she touched the lives of those around her.
A Celebration of her Life will be held at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service in Fredericksburg VA on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 2:00. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Operation Christmas Child through Samaritan’s Purse.
