Sue Anne Hill

She was born on July 29, 1969, in Springfield, VA to the late William Calvin and Sue Anne (Wilburn) Vaughn.

Known for her kind, caring heart, she made family the center of her life. She treasured time spent with her granddaughter, Lyla, and her constant companion, grand‑dog Titan. A devoted caregiver in spirit as well as profession, she was a beloved manager for many years and took great pride in her work in the medical field, where her warmth and steady leadership touched countless patients and colleagues.

She found joy in simple, life‑affirming pleasures — long days at the beach and tending to her beloved plants, which reflected the nurturing nature she shared with everyone around her.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, remembered for her generosity, compassion, and the quiet strength with which she loved her family and served others.

Survivors include her husband, Michael Hill; two children: Morgan Hill (Jacob) and Ryan Hill (Chelsi); one granddaughter, Lyla Coates; two brothers: Myron Vaughn and Charles Vaughn (Leahann); one sister, Wendy Thomas (Nate); Aunt Janet Riggs (Bobby); numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Highway, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.
