He was predeceased by his parents: Edwin E. and Grace L. Brown.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Wanda, and his brother, David Brown, of Silver Spring, Maryland. His legacy lives on through his four children: Thomas E. Brown, Deborah E. Brown-Stewart, Catherine L. O'Meara and Jennifer R. Brown, as well as his 3 grandsons: Nikolas Brown, Matthew O'Meara and Alexander O'Meara.
He will be remembered as a deeply devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather with a quirky sense of humor.
A celebration of life with interment of his ashes, as per his wishes, will be private.
