Thomas Wilbert Fowler

Thomas was born on July 28, 1934 to Samuel and Frances Fowler in Baltimore, Maryland.

Thomas spent 30 years in the United States Army. First, he was enlisted and then he became a Logistics Officer and reached the rank of CW3.

Not only did he enjoy his hobbies, he was known to be skillful at everything he did. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, cooking, baking, painting, and drawing. He was a “jack of all trades”. He was known by all to be dedicated and loving.

Thomas is preceded in death by his wife, Mincha Fowler; parents, Samuel and Frances Fowler; one brother, and three sisters.

He is survived by his daughter, Leslie T. Fowler; son, Thomas W. Fowler Jr.; grandchildren, Monique N. Blanchard, E.J. T. Blanchard, and Eric A. Blanchard; one brother and one sister.

A visitation for Thomas will be held Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401. Followed by an interment at 2:00 PM at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road, Triangle, VA 22172.
