A visitation for Thomas will be held Friday, August 19, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401. A funeral service will follow at 1:00PM with a reception for guests only at 2:00PM.
An interment will occur Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, MD 20722.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Thomas' name to Kinchloe Spay and Neuter Clinic, 452 Tv Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22408
