William "Mike" Michael Bryant

He is survived by his loving wife Denise; daughter, Megan Bryant; granddaughter, Lillie-Jane Diehr; brother, Thomas Stuart Bryant, Jr; sisters: Cindy Johnson (Robert), Debbie Millirons, Paulene Kessler (Rusty Tolson); brother, Merle Kessler (Gina Rauch); and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Jane Bryant and sister, Rosemary Bryant.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel, with the family receiving friends an hour prior to the service. A reception will follow at St. Matthias United Methodist Church at 426 Deacon Rd. Fredericksburg 22405 following the service.

The Doorways provides lodging and support for patients and their loved ones who need to be close to the hospital but not far from the feeling of “home.” This organization helped Mike and Denise many times over the years with housing when Mike was a patient at VCU in Richmond.
