Charles Wayne Lord

Funeral services will be officiated by Pastor Mike Crowson at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until time of services at the funeral home.

Charles was born January 5, 1951 in Fulton to Charles and Virginia Myers Lord and they preceded him in death. He married Linda Harris in 1978 in Fulton and she preceded him in death in 2015.

Charles worked for many years at the City of Fulton Waste Water Department until his retirement.

He enjoyed fishing, taking his boat out on the river and mushroom hunting but he will be remembered most for working around his home and spending time with his family.

He is survived by daughters, Cerena “C.J.” Bell of Fulton and Linda Clark of Centertown, Missouri; sons, Michael Martin and Jeffrey Clark both of Fulton; brothers, Danny (Karen) Lord, Pete Lord and Roger Lord all of Fulton; sisters, Judy (Paul) Adams of Fulton, Janet (Frank) Steinhardt of Camdenton, Missouri, Connie Loyd of Fulton and Barbara (George) Ward of Portland, Missouri; grandchildren, Shannon Clark, Justice Martin, Chuck Wood, Shyan Clark, Caitlin Clark, Rose Martin and Carolyn Martin; great-granddaughter, Peyton Wood along with several nieces and nephews.

Charles was also preceded in death by brother, Gary Lord; granddaughter, Lakoda Martin and great-granddaughter Brandy Wood.
