On May 10, 1956 he was united in marriage to Martha Shreve. She preceded him in death.
He was employed at Yosemite National Park. He enjoyed fishing, reading and camping.
He is survived by one daughter, Mari Henry and husband Michael of Holts Summit; two grandchildren, Christopher Adams and Tanya A. Henry; and two great grandchildren, Dillon E. Adams and Jordan R. Garth.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one brother, and one sister.
A memorial service will be held at 5 pm, Thursday, May 5, 2011 at St. Andrew’s Church in Holts Summit with Monsignor Greg Higley officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Missouri Department of Conservation, c/o Debo Funeral Home, PO Box 818, Fulton, MO 65251.
