Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery for Annie Jo Walker Brothers, 77, of Southside, who passed away Friday, September 19, 2014. Rev. Kenneth Jacobs will officiate. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services is directing.

Mrs. Brothers was a 1957 graduate of Glencoe High School. She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. She loved flowers, kids and her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary I. Brothers; father, Johnny Walker; mother, Ethel Walker; and brother, James Walker.

She is survived by sister, Ida House of Southside, AL; niece, Diane House of Southside, Al; nephew, Brian (Crystal) House of Southside, Joe Paul (Ann) Brothers of Glencoe, AL, Scott (Stephanie)Brothers of Glencoe, AL great-nephews, Will House and Lucas House of Southside, AL

Pallbearers will be Gerald Walker, James Roger Walker, Phillip Walker, Joe Paul Brothers, Scott Brothers, and Jerry McDowell.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mike and Gayle Jenkins; Lee McDowell; Donald and Linda Holland, Jacky Hallmark, Dylan Hallmark, Shirley Burnette, Arnold Ray, Austin Chappell, Spencer Myers and extended Rodeo family.

The family will accept friends Saturday, September 20, 2014 from 6:00-8:00p.m. at the funeral home.
