Christian "Christy" Ellen Williams

Christy was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a wonderful daughter, sister and friend. Christy was kind, considerate and strong woman who would give all she had just to make you smile. Even in the hardest of times she was always positive and happy and always had a strong faith in God. She always said, “God’s got this”. She was an Angel and will be missed by many.

Christy was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Kenneth and Hannah Williams.

Left to cherish her memories are both of her daughters, Kristen Renae Williams and Emily Danielle Grier Little. Her granddaughter and best friend Hannah Aliyah Williams. Her grandsons, Timothy Keontae Hall Jr, Tristiyn Xaviar Hall and soon to be born Zack'Ariyah Legend Williams; sons in-laws, Timothy Hall Sr and Trey Little; brothers and sisters, Deborah Vaughn, Gloria Elaine Kline, Charlene Thacker, Sandra Johnson, Charlie (Kenny) Williams, Joe Williams, Lynne Pentecost and John Williams. She also leaves behind multiple brothers-in-laws and many nieces and nephews.

Her family would like to send a special thank you to the Doctors, nurses and medical staff of UAB Hospital in Birmingham AL and Legacy of Hope Organ Donation of Birmingham, AL.

Funeral services will be held at Collier-Butler Funeral Home on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 2:00 pm. The family will accept friends from 12:00 PM until the hour of the service. Rev David Wayne Williams and Rev Dan Williams will be officiating. Eulogy will be given by her granddaughter, Hannah Aliyah Williams.
