Cody Bartlett Richardson Starr "CoCo," 23, was born May 10, 1987, and went to be with our Lord on Saturday, April 16, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at Collier-Butler Funeral Home. The Revs. Bruce Word, Jerry Ponder and Tommy Bellew will officiate. Burial will follow at Southside Memorial Park. Collier-Butler Funeral Home directing.

Cody was bigger than life, always laughing and smiling. He loved his family and friends and never met a stranger. He loved being outdoors and riding four wheelers. No one ever had a bigger heart or enjoyed life more than our CoCo. Our lives will never be the same. He will be loved and missed forever. Cody was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Carnes Baptist Church. He worked at Gadsden Fabrication.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Curtis Watts and Kenneth Wagnon; and grandmother, Evelyn Cochran.

Survivors include his mother, Jill Watts Bouldin; father, Bart Starr; brother, Adam T. Watts; special niece, Kacey Watts; and brother, Luke Starr; sister, Madlyn Starr; stepfathers, Joe Bouldin and Scott Richardson; and stepmother, Jennifer Starr; grandmothers, JoAnn Watts and Olivia Wilson; grandfather, Johnny Starr; great-grandmother, Iris Wagnon; fiancée, Brittany Hearn, and chosen daughter, Brylee; Brittany's parents, Charlotte and Hal Hearn; aunts and uncles, Bob and April Harkins, Jamie and Rachel Watts, Glenn and Beth Starr, Wendy Starr, Regina Starr, Mike and Janice Bouldin; cousins, Scott, Holly, Emily, Katie, Bailey, Chrissy, Taylor, Haleigh, Matthew, Steven, Jessica and Paloma; chosen uncle, John Money; and chosen nephew, Griffin Pitts.

Pallbearers will be Eric Langley, Trey Strickland, Bobby Lipscomb, Zack Stephel, Tim Cranford, Billy Baker, Jay Cranford, Alan Lipscomb, Colin Lancaster and Derrick Lowery.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 this evening at Collier-Butler Funeral Home.
