Flo Nan Henderson

Mrs. Flo Nan Henderson, 89, of Rainbow City, AL passed away Friday, August 26, 2022. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Collier-Butler Funeral Home with Rev. Dee Dowdy officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Rainbow Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Henderson was born and reared in Walker County, Alabama. She worked for J. C. Penny for over 30 years. Mrs. Henderson enjoyed traveling with friends and family. She was a member of Rainbow City First United Methodist Church.

Preceding her in death was her husband, James F. Henderson; mother, Hetha Lee Bates; father, Rufus B. Oliver and cousin, Phillip Reed.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Deborah (Chuck) Moore; son, Dennis (Patti) Henderson; sister, Paulette Howell; cousins, Linda Sue Wilson and Donna R. Williams; her beloved pet, Yummy.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Rainbow City First United Methodist Church, 3208 Rainbow Drive, Rainbow City, AL 35906 or Etowah County Humane Society, 4200 Brooke Avenue, Gadsden, AL 35904.
