Jeff was one of the best people I have ever met,  and the saying "would give you his shirt off his back"was created for him!!

Jeff, you are the kindest and most giving person I have ever met in my life. I have known you since I was 9 years old and you were dating my sister. You had that yellow Camaro with a black stripe down the front and I thought that was the coolest thing in the world. Thanks for being a big brother to me. I will miss you and always love you so much.
