Randall was born on September 20, 1953, to Sanford and Mary McDonough. He was a graduate of Gadsden High School and began his working career with Williams Packing Company, where he was employed for several years. He later joined the Gadsden Police Department, dedicating 25 years of faithful service before retiring.
Randall was preceded in death by his parents, Sanford and Mary McDonough, and his mother- and father-in-law, Juanita and Herbert Patterson.
He is survived by his wife, Carol McDonough; his sister, Wanda Pruitt; his brother-in-law, Herbert Patterson Jr. (Mary Alice); his chosen brothers, Tony Hulsey and Dean Hulsey; and his chosen sister-in-law, Lisa Pointer.
In accordance with Randall’s wishes, there will be no services.
