Zachary Zack Alan Guined

Funeral Services will be at 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Collier-Butler Chapel for Zachary Alan Guined, 16, Glencoe who passed away Thursday, August 8, 2013. Bro. Jeff Sauls, Bro. Craig Stuart, Bro, Jack Campbell and special speaker, Trenton Hamilton will officiate with burial at Lebanon Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services Directing. Zach was a loving, caring, kind, giving, enthusiastic, Christian young man. He never met a stranger. He loved hunting, fishing, motorcycling, playing soccer, and hanging out with friends. He especially enjoyed spending time with his best friend and sister Bethany. He loved time and vacations spent with his entire family. Zach was a big Bama fan (RTR). His favorite thing in life was spending time with his nana and paw paw. He will be sorely missed by all. Zach was a joy to all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father, Jeff Guined and grandparents, Mack and Peggy Guined. Zach is survived by his mother and step father, Pam and Don Thomas, grandparents, Eddie and Pat Comer, sister, Bethany Guined, step siblings, Charity Thomas, Jesse Thomas (Tonia), Tonya Kilgore (Josh) and Megan (Zach) Stanford, nephews, Dylan, Ryan, Carter and Preston, aunts and uncles, Annette (Jeff) Mayben, Traci (Craig) Stuart, Tracy (Tina) Guined and Jerry Guined, special cousins, Emily, Tiffani, Daniel, Tammi, Alex, Casi and Ryleigh. Pallbearers will be Jeff Mayben, Josh Mayes, Daniel Miller, Tracy Guined, Alex Mayben, Zach Stanford, Riley Mason, Josh Miller, Trevor Hamilton, Keaton Peacock, Trevor Owens, Tyler Farlow and Dakota Johnson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Gaston School Class of 2015 and other special friends and mentors. The family extends a special thanks to Children’s Hospital Pediatric ICU, Alabama Organ Center and Dr. Scott Hill, ENT. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
