Brad was a 1996 graduate of Gahanna Lincoln High School. He had a lifelong love for golf and enjoyed playing the game. Brad also spent time caddying at Muirfield Village and in Florida and was always happiest on the course. A devoted fan of OSU football, Brad was passionate about his Buckeyes.
He worked as an assistant manager at Bob Evans and then most recently he was working at City BBQ. A true people person, Brad never met a stranger—his warmth and friendliness left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Brad is survived by his son, Justin Carroll; mother, Paula Morton; sister, Abby Morton; niece, Ava Davis; uncle, Jack Park; aunt, Cindy Connelly (Tom); and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wm. H. “Spike” Morton Jr.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at Schoedinger Northeast, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, from 5 to 7 p.m.
