Bruce worked as just about everything in his life. He was a manager at Kroger, a restaurant manager, a financial advisor, an insurance salesman, and many more. Some of his hobbies were doing things with his kids, watching sports, listening to music and playing euchre.
Bruce is survived by his children, Katelyn (Katie) and Tyler Fugitt; Along with his mother Mary Marcum, his brother Brian Fugitt, his aunts, Carol Marcum, Betty Marcum, and Phyllis Marcum; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Fugitt, Eugene Marcum, Jess Marcum, Dina Marcum, Chris Marcum, Jenna Marcum, Charles Marcum, and many more.
Bruce was a person who would always make everyone feel safe and comfortable when they were around him. He was a father figure to a lot of people, not only his two children. He loved giving people advice on what to do with a variety of different situations. No matter what the situation was he always seemed to have some sort of advice to try and help them out. He was also known to be the best Euchre player in the family. (In his opinion at least.)
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 9, 2023, from 1pm-3pm at Schoedinger Northeast, 1051 E Johnstown Rd., Gahanna.
