Leola McKee

Leola Mae McKee, age 88 of Blacklick and formally of Lancaster Ohio, peacefully passed away on November 28, 2023. Leola was a member of Wonderland Community Church and a devout Christian woman. In her free time, she would volunteer sewing for Lutheran Senior Services, which she took much pride in. Leola was a devoted matriarch of her large family, whom she loved to spend time with and visit. She also enjoyed spending time with her friends and pets as well. She especially loved dining out with those near and dear to her heart.

Leola is survived by Glenda M. (Roger) Painter, Sandra S. (Joey) Kopchack, Norbort F. (Marsha) McKee, Dan E. (Tish) Place, Melony J. McKee, Susan K. Owens, Melodie J. Thomas, Clinton I., McKee Jr., D. Susan (Pete) Stuller, Martha M. (Jeff) Newton, Kathy L. (Dustin) Crawford, and a multitude of Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Leola is proceeded in death by her husband of 28 years, Clinton I. McKee Sr., Robert H. (Holly) Place (son), Ronald E. (Karen) Arick (son), Stephen R. (Nettie) Arick (son), Karen K. (Oscar) Castro (daughter).

A visitation for Leola will be held on Friday December 8, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Schoedinger East, 5360 E Livingston Avenue, Columbus, OH 43232, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 pm.
