Marvin Lee Carter, 70, passed away on July 11, 2023. He was born to Virginia Carter and Marvin Lee Carter, Sr., on October 23, 1952. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelors in Psychology. In his free time, Marvin was an avid sports watcher. This included all sports too, especially his horse racing. He is preceded in death by his parents; his late wife Jacquelyn Carter; and his sisters Debbie Rhodes and Sherri Carter. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Cynthia Bush; his daughters Jessica (Mike) Vess and Lauren (Aaron) Eichelberger; grandchildren Keegan Eichelberger and Maia Alexander; and great-granddaughter Evelyn Alexander. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2PM at All Saints Episcopal Church (5101 Johnstown Road, New Albany, OH 43054) Fr. Jason Prati, celebrant.
