

Nancy was a Special Education School Bus Driver for Columbus City Schools for over 20 years. Nancy was very involved in the Women's Club of St. Patrick's Church. Her legacy of cross stitching all the hand rail kneelers in St Patrick's Chuck still endures today. Her life was dedicated to her husband, children, and Grandchildren.
Her unselfish demeanor, loving heart, endless giving, and her lessons and examples of unconditional love and family will endure with her family forever.
Nancy loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, endless vacations to Myrtle Beach, holidays, Sunday Family Dinners, and house visits or phone calls. Her love for dogs during her life, especially Lucky shows her love for anyone and everyone she met.
We will miss dearly her words of wisdom at each of our Family Sunday Dinners,
"God Bless the Cook". Known as the mother of Trafalgar Ct. Her countless neighbors who have helped and loved her will also be missed and so appreciated.
Who she is survived by: Her sons, Michael J. Shivley and his wife Leslie and Patrick J. Shivley Sr. and his wife Ania. Grandchildren: Garret Shivley and Saunie, Grant Shivley,PJ Shivley., Drew Shivley and his wife Kait, Alvi Moser and her husband Kyle, and Bella Shivley and her significant other Anthony Salmeron.
Preceded in death by: Robert Shivley her husband of 63 years. Her siblings, Audrey Avansanio, Rita Bey, Danny George, and Robert George.
Family and friends will be received Sunday October 23rd from 12:00pm-3:00pm at SCHOEDINGER
NORTHEAST 1051 E Johnstown Road, Gahanna, Ohio, 43230. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick Catholic Church 280 N Grant Ave, Columbus, OH, 43215 the following day, Monday October 24th at 10:00am with a luncheon to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St Patrick's Women's Club, 280 N Grant Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43215 would be appreciated.
