Olive B. Hansgen

Born on August 25, 1938, to Ellsworth E. and Grace Louise King. Olive‘s life was a testament to her “heart of gold” and her unwavering service to the Lord.

For 68 years, she was a loving wife to Donald Hansgen, a marriage built on deep love, commitment, respect, and partnership. As a devoted daughter and a committed Christian mother, she found her greatest joy in her family, abundantly sharing a love rooted in Christ with her children every day. She will be forever remembered for the love she gave so freely And her frequent, hopeful invitation to those she loved, “Meet Me in Heaven”.

Olive is survived by her beloved husband, Donald, her children Brian, Keith and Sonjia Hansgen, her brother, Ronald E King. Her grandchildren, Amanda, (Adam)Dudley and Kassandra, (Jake) Handlin and great grandchildren, Colton and Grace Dudley.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Merrill, Shirley, and Edward King; and her grandson, Keith Allen Hansgen Junior.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 23, 2025 from 10 AM to 11:30 AM with a funeral service immediately following at 11:30 AM. at Schoedinger Margarum Northeast 1051 E. Johnstown Road Gahanna, Ohio 43230.
