Phyllis A. Whisman

Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Eugene Whisman; and brothers Ralph, Donald, Rollyson, and Charles Clark.

Phyllis is survived by son, Kenneth Eugene Whisman JR; daughters Lynn Ann Jencson and Sandra Lee Fitterer (son-in-law, Steve Brian Fitterer); grandchildren Daniel Eric, Amber Lynn, Brianna Marie Jencson, Brian Paul, and Kristen Annette Fitterer; 4 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law Sue, Florine, and Judy; and many nephews and nieces.

Phyllis loved to garden, plant flowers, and spend time watching wildlife. She also loved to read. Phyllis retired from fashion bug retail. She enjoyed spending time with the senior group in her community in Perry County.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19 at Schoedinger Northeast, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd, Gahanna, Ohio 43230, from 10:30am – 11:30am, with Phyllis’s funeral service beginning at 11:30am. Services will conclude with procession to Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, where Phyllis will be laid to rest.

Thoughtfully designed with bird and squirrel feeders and Christmas trees with lights to be seen right outside the large windows. Thank you for what you do.
