Chloe Jacks McSwain

On September 4, 1955 Chloe married Don L. McSwain and had 2 children, Robin and Michael. She loved taking care of her family and her home.

At the age of 18, Chloe began playing the piano and organ at church. She continued playing the organ Central Baptist Church into her eighties when arthritis prevented her from doing what she loved.

Chloe shared her love of music by teaching many children and adults how to play the piano. She continued teaching into her seventies. Playing the piano, organ and sharing her love of Christ with others was very important to her. She taught church classes, Bible school, playing the piano for special occasions making wonderful impressions on all.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Don McSwain; parents, Euel and Hazel (Redmayne) Jacks.

She is survived by her children, Robin McSwain and Michael McSwain; four grandchildren, Jaclynn Dial, Justin Dial (Ashley), Nicholas McSwain and Lindsey McSwain; three great grandchildren, Isabelle Watts, Aidan Watts and Joshua Dial; sister, Bille Sue Kendrick (Bob); nieces and nephews and the many people she left an impression on through her music, teaching and love.
