Not only was he the best paw paw a grandchild could ask for, he was also, in my opinion, one of the best men that God put on this earth. I dont believe you could find one person alive that would say Danny wasn't a good man. He would take his own shirt off his back to help anybody, whether he had known you for years or just met you. I gained A LOT of respect for my paw paw as i watched how he took care of my grandmaw over the years she was sick. But now i also know without any doubt in my mind that he is walking the streets of gold with our Lord, breathing fresh air & back with granny! Love & miss u....and i will see you again one day!

I am so sorry to hear about your dad.  He was such a nice man.  The last time I talked to him he had gone to the beach with your family and he talked about what a good time he had.

Patsy, I'm so very sorry for your loss.  I pray for God to be with you and your family through this very hard time.

I have known Danny since Patsy and I were about 6 yrs. old.  I always loved spending time with him and Bonnie. He was a good dad and good friend to me.  He will be missed and fondly remembered.

Uncle Danny was one of the kindest, caring, and most easy going people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.  I wish there were more people in the world like him.  My best memories of him were the times we talked about anything that came to mind.  Just being able to spend time with him was great.  As Shaun said, he was a great man.  I know he is now in a better place and have no doubt in my mind that he and aunt Bonnie are now reunited for eternity.  I can hear aunt Bonnie now, clear as day, saying, "Hey, Dan!" whenever she wanted him to come into the room to tell him something. 

I wish I could be there to pay my respects in person.  Patsy, Tony, Mandy, Crystal, Drey, and Hannah, you are in my thoughts during this time and I hope that my sincere offer of condolences help in some small way.
