Denise L. Villa

Denise Leinaala Villa was born on July 3rd, 1964 in Honolulu, Hawaii and passed away peacefully in Morris, AL on June 23rd, 2016 at the age of 51. Denise graduated from James Campbell High School in Ewa Beach, Hawaii and she served in the Army National Guard for 21 years. Denise work in Automotive parts industry for 24 years, most recently as an Installer Specialist with O’reilly Auto Parts. Denise loved the outdoors, gardening, animals and she was an avid Alabama Fan.

Denise is preceded in death by her parents, Vernon Villa and Pauline Yin. She is survived by her son, Shannon Villa (Bianca Wood-Villa); her partner, Kari Witham; eight siblings, Frank Villa, Bily Villa, Mona Pang, Tomlin Sunia, Roxeanne Cullin, Nicole Kaai, Kamaile Villa, Kaimi Bouchard, Kea Motas and Aunty Gigi; and one grandson, Damien Villa, many other family members and a host of friends.

A celebration of life will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Saturday, July 9th, 2016 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm followed by a Memorial Service at 6:00pm.
