Dennis E. Bryant

On April 3rd, 2017, Dennis Edward Bryant (Denny) passed away at age 71. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, cousin, and friend. He was a member of Walker’s Chapel Baptist Church. Denny was retired and was a plumber for more than 30 years. He served his country proudly as a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was an avid Alabama football fan. Denny coached basketball, football, baseball, and softball for many years at Tarrant. He loved fishing and being outdoors. He never met a stranger and always introduced himself if he didn’t know someone. He was loved and will be missed by everyone including his dog Buddy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Bessie Bryant. Denny is survived by his loving wife, Cathy Bryant; sons, Marty Bryant (Melissa), Michael Bryant (Mary Ann), Kenny Daniels, Scott Daniels (Amie Cannon); a daughter, Allison Daniels (Jason Carr); sisters, Pat Armstrong (Joe), Ernestine Davidson; sister-in-law, Judi Bradford; Grandchildren, BJ Bryant, Tiffanie Bryant, Michael Bryant, Taylor Bryant, Jordan Bryant, Trent Gray, Lexi Goodwin, Kenli Carr, Brylan Carr, Jaiden Shook, Haven Daniels, and Tekoah Daniels; Great Grandchild, Braylin Goodwin; as well as many nieces, nephews, and many friends.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 7th at 6 PM at Walker’s Chapel Baptist Church in Fultondale. Please make donations to Walker’s Chapel Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society.
