CARLISLE, ELLOWYNE WARE age 79 of Mt. Olive, AL, passed away on Thursday March 14, 2013. She was a member of Gardendale Baptist Tabernacle. She was preceded in death by a son, Charles James Carlisle. Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Willard Carlisle; daughters, Brenda (Ricky) Abbott of Bremen and Patti (Stan) Parker of Morris; sons, Michael (Wanda) and Robert (Phyllis) Carlisle of Mt. Olive, and Johnny (Leslie) Carlisle of Gardendale. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be on Monday, March 18th at 2:00 p.m. at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel with Rev. Leon Greathouse officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Sunday from 6 - 8 p.m.
