Frances Crocker Key

She was preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Key, her parents, Lillie Brasfield and Oscar Crocker; brothers, Arthur Crocker, Howard Crocker, Leon Crocker, and Claude Crocker.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Adcock Bickel (Bobby), and son, John Key. She is also survived by grandchildren, Ryan Adcock, Brittany Wesley (Jacob), Ashley Adcock, and great- grandchildren, Kaylee Adcock and Olivia Wesley.

Frances was a person whose love for her family knew no bounds. She never met a stranger, treating everyone she met with warmth and kindness. She was always happiest when surrounded

by loved ones. She will always be remembered for her infectious smile and generous heart. She was a member of Gardendale First Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her friends.

A visitation for Frances will be held Monday, March 30, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. A funeral service will occur Monday, March 30, 2026 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071.

A committal service will occur Monday, March 30, 2026 at 1:15 at Alabama National Cemetery, 3133 Hwy 119, Montevallo, AL 35115.
