

Born on March 11, 1943 in Philadelphia TN, Frank was a devoted husband for fifty eight years to his loving wife, Janie Ruth McCallie. He served 22 years in the United States Air Force. After retiring as Master Sergeant, he worked for Lockheed Martin and Hughes Aerospace.
Frank is survived by his loving wife Janie McCallie, his son Michael McCallie (Teresa), his daughter DeDe Lange (Matt), his grandchildren, Kayla Raymond (Casey), Lea McCallie, Sarah Avery Lange, his brother Robert Coy (Tracey), and his sister Cheryl Armstrong-Page (Dan), sister in-law Linda Taylor, and a host of nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews, as well as cherished friends who are like family.
Frank was dedicated to his Lord-Jesus Christ, his family, and his country. He had a servant’s heart. He served his church, his community, and his Sunday school class. Frank had many hobbies including traveling, experiencing adventures with his family, collecting various items, playing and watching golf, but most of all, he loved books and music. He was a loving, humble and servant leader to his family and his community.
A Visitation for Frank will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Waterstone Church 210 Brake St S, Warrior, AL 35180. A Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10 AM at Waterstone Church 210 Brake St S, Warrior, AL 35180.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Frank’s name to Lottie Moon Christmas Offering (Waterstone Church) or a Christian Missions ministry.
