Fred is survived by his wife, Norma Jean Cary-Henry; his son, Frederick Lane Henry Jr. (Kathryn); his step-children, Bobbye Cary Wilson, Lee Cary, Mike Cary, and Pat Cary; his grandchildren, Hayden Alexander Henry (Jerrica), Grayson Mae Henry, James Logan Henry, and Lilly Danille Henry; his sisters, Glenda West and Sharon King; and two great-granddaughters, numerous nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren, and friends.
Fred retired from Pemco Aeroplex, was a Christian, and never met a stranger. He loved SEC sports, gardening, mowing, and watching the world pass from his porch.
Visitation will be at Gardendale Ridout's Chapel on Friday, June 27, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. with a service starting at 2:00 p.m.
Fredrick will be laid to rest in Oakwood Memorial Gardens, Gardendale, AL.
