Gail B. Chambers

Gail B. Chambers passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017 at the age of 83. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who was very much loved and will be greatly missed. Mrs. Chambers was a lifelong resident of Morris, AL and was the owner of Dreams Avenue and Barger Roller Rink. She was a longtime member of Enon Baptist Church and was very devoted to her church as well as the community of Morris. She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Eugene T. Chambers; a daughter, Micki Beasley; and her parents, Grady and Lucille Barger. Mrs. Chambers is survived by her daughter, Penny Waddell (Allen); her grandchildren, Brandi Russell (Phillip), Brent Beasley (Erin), and Brittney Waddell; great grandchildren, Tristin Morris, Dylan Morris, Taelyn Russell, Kaimbree Russell, Bayli Beasley, and Airalynn Beasley.

A chapel service will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel at 2PM with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Morris Cemetery. Rev John Hambright will officiate.
