Claude Gary Little, a resident of Gardendale, AL, went home to be with the Lord at the age of 63. Gary had accepted the Lord as his savior. He served and worshiped the Lord at Gardendale Baptist Tabernacle. Gary was a beloved husband and father. He loved to fish. He was a kind, compassionate man who loved to do for other people. Gary and Vickie shared 45 years of life together. Gary loved spending time with his nieces and nephews; he was known as “the play uncle.” Gary was a wonderful dad to Aden and expressed that love every day.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Renon and Myrtice Little and a brother, Edwin Little.
Gary is survived by his wife, Vickie; son, Aden; brother, George David Little (Margaret); sister; Darlene Little Shirley (Henry); numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with a visitation on Monday, April 13, 2015 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral Service Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 11:00am followed by his burial in Oakwood Memorial Gardens in Gardendale, AL.
