Janet Lynn Borden, age 31 of Gardendale went to join God on Friday, August 5, 2011. She was a member of Gardendale Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church and was very active in the Child Enrichment Center. Survivors include her husband, Robert Borden; 5 year old daughter, Audrey Borden and 20 month old daughter, Alana Borden; parents, Frank and Lorraine Mason; sister, Gina Killingsworth. Her graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 8, 2011 at Oakwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
