Michael went to be with the Lord on Tuesday at the age of 61. He worked for the City of Birmingham for 29 years as a computer operator. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Annette Hopkins Patterson, daughter Kelli-Ann Butts (Matt), grand-daughter Karis Butts, sister-in-law, Betty Hopkins Strassner, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
A visitation will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Friday, June 6 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm with a funeral service Saturday, June 7, at 11:00am. Interment will follow in the Hopewell Cemetery, Hanceville, Alabama.
