Morris L. Robinson

Mar 11, 1936 – May 24, 2016

Morris, from Mt. Woods Lake in Hayden, AL, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family and friends, at the age of 80. Morris graduated from Westend High School and attended UAB. Morris served our country in the US Air Force as an Airman First Class, during the Berlin Missile Crisis and he worked on the Saturn Rocket design team. Morris enjoyed life, Alabama football, fishing and most of all, his grandchildren.

Morris was born in Lloyd Noland Hospital to James Elmer Robinson and Stella Reva Robinson and Morris had one brother, James Raymond Robinson, all deceased.

Morris is survived by his high school sweetheart, Ann Lee Robinson; they were married for 59 years; a son, Lloyd Robinson (Gigi); two grandchildren, Aidan Morgan Robinson and Skylar Chism Lee.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016 at 3:00pm in Oakwood Memorial Gardens in Gardendale, AL. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to your favorite charity.
