Oma Arlene Moon Age 91 of Gardendale Alabama was Born in Nectar Alabama on March 27 1934 and passed away at her home on Wednesday Dec,31,2025. She was a Florist for many years and even sold cemetery lots for Gardendale funeral home years ago before it was Ridout's. She was a loving wife ,mother, and mawmaw.
She was proceeded in death by her parents James and Emma Sharitt, Her 5 siblings , Her Loving Husband of 62 years Dearl Moon, Her Daughter Debra Norton and Grand Daughter Kristi Gordon
Survived by four sons Michael Moon , Barron Moon(Kim),Darron Moon (Stacey) and Chris Moon (Sarah) and a Host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, located at 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071, on Sunday, January 4, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at the same location on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
