Randy was a brother to me! I grew up with four biological siblings and the three that I chose for siblings that lived directly across the street…Randy, Rodney and Kandi…. I also had the honor and privilege of having the two most amazing bonus parents Mom Betty and Athel Dobbs!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️ My heart is broken with Randy passing. Randy was a great friend and neighbor. He called me frequently and we talked. He used to come over and visit Doug and I many times. We have been backdoor neighbors for 20 years. I have known him since high school. He was a very sweet man with a kind heart and soul. I will miss our talks each week.

Randy & I grew up together in Mt.Olive. Randy is the one who talked me into going to Mortimer Jordan. I had went to Gardendale my previous year. I told him our Senior year, thank you so much. There are many memories growing up in Mt. Olive with the Dobbs. I worked in his Dad’s paint & body shop for 3-4 years in the early’70’s.
