

Spencer Allen Brown, 38, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, November 9, 2021. He fought hard and never gave up on living. He is now whole and healed after a courageous 15 month battle with glioblastoma.
Spencer was an active member of Gardendale First Baptist Church, married to the love of his life for 14 years, and a devoted father of three beautiful children. He was an avid sports fan and loved being involved in his kids’ lives. He was full of life, always had a joke in his back pocket and never missed an opportunity to make someone laugh.
Spencer is survived by his wife, Brooke and their three children, Grayson, Sydney, and Ellie; father, Dean (Patricia) Brown; his mother, Tricia Wolfe and step-dad Darrell Wolfe; father and mother-in-law, Charles and Sandra Marshall; four brothers, Derek (Mandy) Wolfe, Matthew (Mindy) Dennis, Ben (Kelsey) Brown, Gregory (Stephanie) Wolfe; one sister, Allison Brown; two sister-in-laws, Tiffney (Riley) Blackmon and LeeAnn (David) Ray; and many extended family members and a host of friends.
Spencer will be dearly missed by family and friends and the world forsure will be a little darker. The family extends their deepest appreciation and gratitude for the outpouring of love and kindness that has been poured out throughout this journey.
Celebration of Life services will be held at Gardendale First Baptist Church, North Campus, 316 Mountain Crest Parkway, Gardendale, AL with a time of visitation Friday, November 12, 2021 from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 10:00 AM followed by his burial at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, Trussville, AL.
