Stephen Scott Pair

Stephen Scott Pair, a resident of Hayden, Alabama was born on May 15, 1961 and passed away peacefully on October 25, 2017 at the age of 56. Scott was given the family nickname of “Tex” by his father, and his classmates at Gardendale called him “Pugs.” Scott was a master cabinet maker and enjoyed owning his own business. He attended Gardendale First Baptist Church. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing and he enjoyed Alabama Football. There was nothing more he enjoyed than spending time with his family and friends whom he cherished.

Scott was preceded in death by his father, Roy Pair and a nephew, Dylan Page.

Scott is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Denise Pair, his mother, Doris Pair, three children, Tesia Pair, Sydney Pair and Samuel Pair; his brother, Greg Pair and a sister, Barbara Pair; a nephew, Nicholas Pair, and a host of friends and family.

Services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with a visitation, Friday, October 27, 2017 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm; funeral service Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 11:00am followed by his burial in Sulphur Springs Cemetery, Hayden, AL.
