Kelly has a special place in the hearts of all the Vergil England Family! He was always kind and joyful. His musical talents are outstanding and were important in the musical groups he was a part of. My love and condolences to Ann, Becky, Frank, and families! As the years pass, you are always in our thoughts and prayers!

He was one of the greats. I loved him so much and know his close family loved him so much more. One of the smiles we all can look forward to seeing when we meet again in Heaven.

His death was a stock to us all. He was a very, very fine man and a blessing  to many, many people.
